Randolf D. Dipp, D.O.
Psychiatrist/Psychoanalyst
More commonly known as “R.D. Dipp”, Dr. Dipp completed psychiatric residency at the Naval Medical Center San Diego in 2004, and went on to be the Operational Stress Control and Readiness Psychiatrist attached to 3rd Marine Division in Okinawa, Japan. He left Navy Medicine in 2007 to enter private practice and Psychoanalytic training which he completed in 2015 at the San Diego Psychoanalytic Center. He provides a comprehensive approach to mental health, integrating tools of medication management and psychoanalytic exploration to help patients grow to experience life better. He speaks some Japanese being of Japanese decent. Board Certified in Psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Zohreh Kermani, Psy.D.
Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Kermani is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in private practice, having earned her Psy.D. at the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego. She also certified and graduated from an advanced training program in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at San Diego Psychoanalytic Center. Her experiences are include working in residential and outpatient settings with culturally diverse individuals in various clinical presentations. She provides a modality treatment approach that draws upon psychodynamic theory to facilitate self-awareness and self-growth.
She is bicultural and bilingual, having lived in both Iran and the U.S. She works with adult individuals.
Klaudia Mayer, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner · Integrative Mental Health Provider · Psychoanalytic Candidate
Klaudia is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and certified integrative provider whose work bridges mind and body. She offers psychotherapy, holistic interventions, and mindful prescribing within a collaborative, whole-person framework.
Her approach blends psychological depth with attention to underlying biological factors, including the roles of inflammation, nutrition, and metabolism in emotional well-being.
Klaudia is currently a candidate in psychoanalytic training at the San Diego Psychoanalytic Center (SDPC) and draws on this perspective to support long-term growth and self-understanding. She offers thoughtful, individualized care that encourages patients to engage actively in their healing process.
